Warranty & Returns


Prior to sending anything back please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@wilkinsonsuspension.com.au A Customer Service Representative will be in touch with instructions on how to return the goods.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of the order date as long as they are un-opened, undamaged and have not been fitted. Freight back to Wilkinson Suspension will be at the cost of the purchaser. Once the returned goods are received, inspected and are in the required condition a refund will be issued.

If a part doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by Wilkinson Suspension, we will arrange return shipping and exchange the part.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.


Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by Wilkinson Suspension are sold under the Manufacturer’s Warranty and Conditions from the date of purchase.

Warranty disputes will be remedied in conjunction with the Manufacturer.
This may be in the form of replacement, refund or repair of the fault part only. No installation, labour or wheel alignment costs incurred by the customer in relation to the faulty part are covered by the warranty.
