Do you offer a wheel alignment service?

Yes, Wilkinson Suspension have wheel aligning facilities onsite.

 

Why is a wheel alignment required?

When suspension and steering parts are replaced or adjusted this can alter the wheel alignment geometry. Once these parts are installed a wheel alignment is required to adjust the camber, castor and toe specifications back to acceptable tolerances. This process helps improve tyre life, steering self centering and straight line tracking.

With our history in motorsport we can also assist with vehicle setup for rally, circuit racing and drift to help improve track performance!

Installation costs depend on a multitude of factors and are too diverse to outline on our website. For a quote tailored to you needs and vehicle please contact our sales team!

Can you supply a GVM Upgrade?

Yes, we are an approved Tough Dog GVM Upgrade supplier and installer.
Tough Dog offer GVM Upgrades for a select range of vehicles.

Do you supply 4wd Lift Kits?

YES! We have plenty of lift kit options to suit a wide range of 4wd vehicles!

A Lift Kit is a great way to improve the off-road performance or load carrying requirements. We have extensive experience in 4wd Setup and can assist you in finding the right suspension upgrade to suit your needs and budget.

I want to lower my vehicle, can you help?

YES! If you are wanting to improve the aesthetics and stance of your daily driver or if you are wanting a sports performance upgrade we can help!

We can offer a range of lowered springs, coilover kits and HAS (Height Adjustable Spring) kits to suit a multitude of applications.

What methods of payment are accepted?

In store, we can accept all major credit cards and cash payments.

All online payments can be made via Paypal or Direct Deposit

I've placed an order online, when will it be ready to pick up?

When you’ve placed your order, a team member will send you an email and SMS to let you know that your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation and photo identification with you.

What’s the Return Policy?

Goods can be returned within 14 days of the order date as long as they are un-opened and have not been fitted. Freight back to Wilkinson Suspension will be at the cost of the purchaser. Once the returned goods are received, inspected and are in the required condition a refund will be issued.

Goods returned after this time will incur a restocking fee.

Can I change my order?

Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on the way as soon as possible. Once you confirm your order, we are not able to make any changes to it.

What are the Delivery terms?

Once your order has been received, we will have it ready to dispatch within 1-5 business days.

If for any reason your order is unable to be dispatched within this time frame we will contact you immediately with the revised delivery terms.

Upon dispatch, you will receive another email with your tracking number (if applicable). Depending on your location shipping can take between 7-14 working days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship orders internationally. Please contact us directly if you would like to order parts from outside Australia.
