Designed and manufactured right here in Australia with German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils can be designed with less material while maintaining superior ride quality & load carrying characteristics. The spring retains its original memory even after heavy loading. The result? A lighter, tougher coil that can handle just about anything you can throw at it.

Got accessories fitted? No worries! Tough Dog offer different spring rates to suit additional accessories or Constant Load carrying.

Constant Load refers to weight that is added to the vehicle and will remain in/on the vehicle at all times. Fixed accessories such as a canopy, steel tray, draw system, fridge, tool boxes, rear bar or spare wheel carrier are considered Constant Load.
It is important to select the option that best suits the vehicle setup and load carrying to achieve the best results.

Note: We recommend fitting long travel shock absorbers with raised springs.

Wilkinson Suspension offers Australia-wide Delivery. That means we’re able to ship any order to any location within Australia.

Once we have received your order it will be processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days.

The delivery time is dependent on the destination, however most orders are generally received within 14 working days. Tracking and/or Consignment Numbers will be provided where possible in order to give our customers the ability to track orders all the way from dispatch to the final destination.

Local deliveries within the Perth Metro area will not have a tracking number as this is a same or next day delivery service.

If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched within this time frame, a team member will contact you to let you know about any revised delivery terms.

Pick Up


To pick up your order from our Bayswater location simply select Click & Collect upon checkout.

Once you have completed and paid for your order through our website it will be processed by our sales team and prepared for collection. You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready!

Please bring your order confirmation or some photo identification and see one of our office team members.

Pick up is only available during our business hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-5.30pm and Friday 7am-4pm

Backorder Products


Whilst we keep a large number of items in stock some specific items are made to order and require additional lead times that are not outlined above. Where possible we have noted in the product description the specific lead times for made to order or non-stock items.

A Customer Service Representative will be in touch with instructions on how to return the goods.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of the order date as long as they are un-opened, undamaged and have not been fitted. Proof of purchase must accompany the returns items. Freight back to Wilkinson Suspension will be at the cost of the purchaser. Once the returned goods are received, inspected and are in the required condition a refund will be issued.

If a part doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by Wilkinson Suspension, we will arrange return shipping and exchange the part.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
