This kit is a complete Tough Dog Suspension Lift Kit with 45mm 9 Stage Adjustable Shocks, Raised Springs, Adjustable Front Panhard Rod, XHD Return to Centre Steering Damper and required fitting components.

Tough Dog 9 Stage Adjustable Shocks feature an external adjuster dial at the base of the shock to alter the shock damping. Adjustments can be made to suit your personal preference or terrain by simply turning the dial to a softer or firmer setting. As well as being fully adjustable, these shocks are equipped with Tough Dog Foam Cell technology, minimising aeration and cavitation to maximise the shocks ability to resist fade, and perform reliably in harsh and demanding conditions. In comparison to the Tough Dog BM shocks the BMX units feature a larger internal bore size and larger outer body diameter allowing for more efficient heat dissipation over rough terrain.

Tough Dog progressive rate leaf springs feature primary and secondary stage leaves to ensure that the vehicles ride remains uncompromised. As the spring is compressed under load, the heavier second stage is engaged to prevent excessive sag. The production process ensures maximum life, corrosion protection and prevention against sag.

Tough Dog XHD Return to Centre Steering Damper is specifically designed for those extreme use applications like vehicles with oversized tyres and large suspension lifts. Taking the principle of the return to centre damper to the extreme, this damper certainly packs a punch when it comes to straightening out your steering. XHD dampers come will with all the brackets required to mount the damper as well as instructions on correct configuration of the coil and collar arrangement. Some modification may be required to ensure correct fit.

Tough Dog Front Adjustable Panhard rods allow the axle to be re-centered under the vehicle after the height has been modified. The benefit of an adjustable panhard rod allows the flexibility to adjust the rod to the desired length in order to centralise the axle at various lift heights. Tough Dog panhard rods are bent from a single solid bar for strength and durability. Supplied with new bushes as required.

Additionally urethane spring bush kits and U-bolts make this an all-inclusive package.

Constant Load refers to fixed accessories that will remain on the vehicle at all times such as a steel tray, canopy, rear draws, rear bar with spare wheel carrier and alike. Constant Load springs are designed to be used with the minimum constant load rating on the vehicle at all times.
