DRAG LINKS & TRACK RODS
Roadsafe offers a full range of Heavy Duty Drag Links and Track Rods to suit for a heap of Aussie found 4WD’s.
Available for common Landcruisers & Patrols featuring a 30mm OD with 6.5mm wall thickness, in addition to Heavy Duty replaceable tie rod ends.
TRAILING ARMS
Roadsafe Rear Lower & Upper Trailing Arms are built tough, with a 5mm wall thickness, if you bump them up against rocks & tough terrain the arms won’t bend as much as the standard arms.
EXTENDED SWAYBAR LINKS
If your Sway Bar is out of alignment due to a big suspension lift, handling can be affected.

DROPBOXES
Roadsafe Drop Boxes to suit Patrol GQ-GU are designed to allow for the radius arms to be dropped slightly below the chassis to correct the caster geometry, correct articulation of the suspension components and improve ride quality.
Roadsafe Drop Boxes are designed to suit for 3-4” lifts. Roadsafe offers a direct Bolt-In option for the Drop Boxes. No welding or cutting required.
DIFF DROPS
The Roadsafe IFS Diff Drop Kits are application specific and supplied complete to get the job done.
The bolt on kit corrects the geometry on the front driveshaft and CV’s, lowering the front diff by approximately 25mm, thus reducing the angles the CV joints need to operate on, and avoiding the expensive replacements of CV’s and boots. They also Allow the factory bash plate to be refitted.

PANHARD RODS
Adjustable panhard rods allow the axle to be re-centred under the vehicle after the height has been modified.
Tough Dog panhard rods are bent from a single solid bar for strength, and are adjustable to cover a broad range of vehicle heights.
TRANSMISSION SPACERS
Designed to reduce tail shaft angle and remove driveline vibration that arises from an out-of-phase drivetrain.
The universal joints in a vehicle’s tailshaft must operate at the same angle to operate harmoniously. If the angle of one universal joint is different to the other, or the universal joints are forced to operate on an angle larger that within tolerance, the resulting vibration can be felt through the vehicle when driven. To restore the universal joints to harmony, Tough Dog spacer kits are available for vehicles that commonly suffer from vibration.
CASTOR CORRECTION
Castor is the angle to which the steering pivot axis is tilted forward or rearward from vertical, as viewed from the side.
Castor is important for vehicle steering response and stability. When a vehicle is lifted, the castor angle is adversely affected because of the change in the angles of the front radius arms. Tough Dog provide a range of products to adjust camber from two degrees through to seven degrees to ensure a reliable straight steering feel is maintained at any lift height provided in the Tough Dog range.

Made from German X5K spring steel, our coils can be designed with less material while maintaining superior ride quality & load carrying characteristics. LEAF SPRINGS

TORSION BARS
Tough Dog Performance 4WD Torsion Bars offer a spring rate that is approximately 30% higher than OEM bars.
This dynamic increase in spring rate eliminates hard bottoming out when travelling off road and gives better handling in street applications. They can be installed with a moderate pre-load to raise the vehicle for better clearance off road, or to revitalise the handling characteristics at the standard height. These performance-proven, easy-to-install bars are especially beneficial when oversize tyres or frontal accessories are installed. Regardless of the torsion bar used, or the accessories fitted, a minimum 60mm of suspension droop (down travel) must be maintained.
