This kit is a complete Suspension Lift Kit with Bilstein B6 Offroad Shocks, Front Raised Tough Dog Coil Springs, Rear Raised Leaf Springs and required fitting components.
The Bilstein B6 Offroad shock absorber has been developed to reduce the kind of undesirable handling dynamics such as uncontrolled movements that are so inherent in 4WDs thanks to their high structure. Gas pressure technology offers consistent performance no matter what, an all-important trait when tackling the harsh Aussie terrain. You can expect optimum road adhesion and enhanced lane change stability in day-to-day applications as well as extreme situations thanks to Bilstein?s precise damper settings.

Tough Dog coil springs are designed and manufactured in Australia to exacting standards to stand up to some of the harshest conditions found anywhere in the world.?Made from X5K spring steel, coil springs are designed with less material while maintaining superior ride quality & load carrying characteristics. The spring retains its original memory even after heavy loading. THE RESULT? A lighter, tougher coil that can handle just about anything you can throw at it.

Tough Dog progressive rate leaf springs feature primary and secondary stage leaves to ensure that the vehicle?s ride remains uncompromised. As the spring is compressed under load, the heavier second stage is engaged to prevent excessive sag. The production process ensures maximum life, corrosion protection and prevention against sag.

Additionally greasable pins, shackles, urethane spring bush kit and U-bolts make this an all-inclusive package.

?Constant Load? refers to fixed accessories that will remain on the vehicle at all times such as a steel tray, canopy, rear draws, rear bar with spare wheel carrier and alike. Constant Load springs are designed to be used with the minimum constant load rating on the vehicle at all times.

Product Notes:
Due to excessive overhang created by the design of the vehicle, vehicles carrying greater than 600Kg load constantly in the rear should be fitted with a front spring one specification lighter than normal specification. This would guard against ?See-Saw? effect at the rear of the vehicle. Failure to observe will result in rear leaf spring riding lower than the desired height and cause potential front shock damage.

Degree of raised height may vary depending on life and/or age of the vehicle, accessories fitted, material used for accessories and some factory options.
