25mm Lift Kit With Koni Raid Shocks

This kit includes Koni 88 Series HT Raid Front Struts, 90 Series Raid Rear Shocks, Front Raised King Coil Springs, Rear Raised Leaf Springs and required fitting components.

Koni 88 Series HT Raid and 90 Series Raid units are designed as the ultimate in ride quality and comfort. With a large outer body diameter and high oil volume for efficient heat dissipation these units are suitable for long range touring, corrugations, desert use and outback tracks.? 88 Series HT Raid units feature a 55mm Outer Body Diameter and 36mm Piston whilst the top of the line 90 Series Raid units feature a massive 70mm outer body diameter and 42mm piston. Both have the ability to adjust the rebound forces to combat general wear and tear of the unit over time to ensure you are getting the maximum life span and value from your shocks. Adjustments can also be made to fine tune the damper to perform as required allowing more control over the ride quality.

King Springs are manufactured here in Australia using X5K Steel, this new generation High Strength Spring Steel can with-stand higher operating stresses and has superior resistance to sag, improved toughness and improved corrosion fatigue properties. Fitting an aftermarket raised spring is ideal for vehicles fitted with accessories, heavily laden vehicles, improved load carrying abilities and increased ground clearance.

Tough Dog progressive rate leaf springs feature primary and secondary stage leaves to ensure that the vehicles ride remains uncompromised. As the spring is compressed under load, the heavier second stage is engaged to prevent excessive sag. The production process ensures maximum life, corrosion protection and prevention against sag.

Additionally greasable shackles, urethane spring bush kit and U-bolts make this an all-inclusive package.

Constant Load refers to fixed accessories that will remain on the vehicle at all times such as a steel tray, canopy, rear draws, rear bar with spare wheel carrier and alike. Constant Load springs are designed to be used with the minimum constant load rating on the vehicle at all times.

Product Notes:
Due to excessive overhang created by the design of the vehicle, vehicles carrying greater than 600Kg load constantly in the rear should be fitted with a front spring one specification lighter than normal specification. This would guard against ?See-Saw? effect at the rear of the vehicle. Failure to observe will result in rear leaf spring riding lower than the desired height and cause potential front shock damage.

Degree of raised height may vary depending on life and/or age of the vehicle, accessories fitted, material used for accessories and some factory options.
